It was re-listed in May 2012 for $4,400,000, then its price was raised in May 2013 to $4,690,000, and then reduced again at the beginning of July 2013 to $4,390,000. It sold in August 2013 for $3,990,000.
Previous Sales in the 2000’s
The land on which 5458 Rincon Beach Park Drive was built was purchased in October 2004 for $2,400,000, at which time it had a tear-down on it.
