1631 Shoreline Drive sold with a tear down in October 2018 for $3,950,000 in a private sale without coming on the market. 1631 Shoreline Drive also sold privately without coming on the market in June 2015 for $1,950,000 in a short sale subject to bank approval and lien releases following a bankruptcy. At that time, there were City zoning violations related to a bluff top deck that I believe have since been resolved with the deck’s removal. Prior to that, 1631 Shoreline Drive sold in June 2007 for $2,650,000.
